⭐ Overview

Gift cards can be purchased digitally or in person and are designed to work seamlessly across in-store, online, and in-app orders. Once activated, gift cards can be redeemed anywhere the restaurant accepts orders—no matter where they were purchased.


📝 Step-by-Step Instructions (Toast)

  1. From the Order screen on your POS, scroll to the right of your menus until you find the Gift Cards button.

  1. Select Sell Card.

  2. Enter the Amount you wish to add to the card and select Classic Gift Card (eGift Cards are no longer enabled from the POS)

  3. Select Next.

  4. Now, you have the option to either swipe, or key in the gift card number. The number and barcode can be found on the back of the gift card. Scanning will not work.

  5. Select Done to add the gift card to the guest's check and proceed with completing the guest's order and payment

📝 Step-by-Step Instructions (Online / In-App)

  1. Open the menu in the top-right corner of the app home screen and select “Purchase gift card.”
  2. Choose a gift card amount from preset values or enter a custom amount.
  3. Enter the recipient’s information, including:
  4. Review the gift card details and confirm your payment method.
  5. Tap Send.
  6. The gift card is activated and delivered instantly to the recipient’s email address and phone number.

The purchaser will also receive an email confirmation of their gift card purchase.
