Support is built directly into the Open Online / In-App platform, so your customers can get help without leaving your order. The fastest way to get assistance is through in-app support, where they can message our team and get real-time help.
Open the app and tap the Menu icon.
Select Contact support from the menu.
The customer will be taken to the Support screen, where you can:
Tap Send a message to start a conversation with our support team.
Type the question or issue, and a support agent will respond directly in the chat.
