Staff and managers can issue digital gift cards directly from the Open Merchant Portal. These gift cards are delivered instantly via email and can be redeemed in store, online, or in the app, just like purchased gift cards.
This is the recommended method for sending courtesy or promotional gift cards.
📝 Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to Gift Cards.
- Click Issue Gift Card.
- Enter the following details:
- Customer email address
- Gift card amount
- Optional note (e.g. reason for the gift or a thank-you message)
- Click Send gift card.

- Use issued gift cards for:
