To reach a human, email Open's support team at [email protected] — or just ask the assistant to pass your request along. Open's assistant handles most things on its own, but when you need a person, here's how.
Ask Open to flag it for you
If Open can't finish something you've asked for, you can have it hand the request to Open's support team right from the chat. Say something like "please flag this to your support team" and Open passes along a summary of what you needed. Someone from Open follows up from there.

You can also email [email protected] anytime. To get a faster answer, include:
Your restaurant name (and location, if you have more than one).
What you were trying to do — and what happened instead.
Any specifics — an order number, customer name, campaign, or screenshot.
