⭐ Overview

Customers can join the loyalty program in just a few taps—either through the app or website or in store at checkout. Once signed up, customers earn rewards automatically and can redeem them in store, online, or in the app.


📝 Step-by-Step Instructions (Toast)

Customers can redeem loyalty rewards directly from the POS.

  1. From the Toast home screen, tap Lookup Customer.

  2. Search for the customer’s phone number.

  3. If no account is found, select Add New Customer.

  4. Enter the customer’s required information (starting with phone number).

  5. Save the customer to complete enrollment.

Once saved, the customer is immediately enrolled in loyalty and can start earning rewards on that transaction.

📝 Step-by-Step Instructions (Online / In-App)

  1. Open the app (or navigated to online order) and tap Log in or sign up.

  2. Enter your first and last name.

  3. Enter your phone number.

  4. Enter the verification code sent via text message.

  5. Complete sign-up and select a location to start ordering.

Once verified, the customer is automatically enrolled in loyalty and eligible to earn rewards on all qualifying orders.


💡 Tips

  • Customers only need to sign up once—their loyalty account works everywhere.

  • The same phone number is used for:

    • In-store checkout

    • Online orders

    • App orders

  • Rewards and balances update in real time after each purchase.

  • If a customer isn’t seeing rewards, confirm they’re using the same phone number each time.
