Use this guide if your customers need need help with an order, rewards, or your account while using Open.

Support is built directly into the Open Online / In-App platform, so your customers can get help without leaving your order. The fastest way to get assistance is through in-app support, where they can message our team and get real-time help.


📝 How to Access Support in the App

  1. Open the app and tap the Menu icon.

  2. Select Contact support from the menu.

  3. The customer will be taken to the Support screen, where you can:

    • Send us a message

    • Search for help articles

  4. Tap Send a message to start a conversation with our support team.

  5. Type the question or issue, and a support agent will respond directly in the chat.


💡 Tips

  • For the fastest help, reach out directly from the app—your order details are automatically included.

  • Customer’s can use support for questions about:

    • Active or past orders

    • Rewards and promotions

    • App or account issues

  • The customer can continue the conversation anytime by returning to Contact support in the app.
